Recommended Order of Training

1 to 3 days, depending on knowledge level of participants, what elements of GroupWise will be installed, and whether the new software is an upgrade, a conversion from another brand, or a new install
10 participants maximum per class

Minimum of one week prior to Pilot Group roll out

Pilot Group
Hands-on Training
It's wise to roll out new technology to a pilot group, but it's not always practical. If a pilot test fits your organizational structure, training is usually 1-2 days, depending on what elements of GroupWise are installed (such as DMS) and the knowledge level of the users

Two weeks prior to end user rollout

End User Training
Hands-on Training
½ to 2 days, depending on what elements of GroupWise are installed (such as DMS), whether the Working Session has taken place, current knowledge level of participants, and existence/brand/version of previous email software.

Roll out GroupWise to end users
