the new software is an upgrade, a conversion from another brand, or a new install

Hands-on Training
It's wise to roll out new technology to a pilot group, but it's not always practical. If a pilot test fits your
organizational structure, training is usually 1-2 days, depending on what elements of GroupWise are installed
(such as DMS) and the knowledge level of the users

End User Training

½ to 2 days, depending on what elements of GroupWise are installed (such as DMS), whether the Working Session has
taken place, current knowledge level of participants, and existence/brand/version of previous email software.
